A Licence is needed to do any form of Martial Arts, this is your licence and insurance that is supplied by the Toyakwai Karate Association and lasts One year, before your Licence expires you must renew to carry on Grading, Competing and even Training, you will not be able to carry on with Martial Arts if your licence has expired.
